An increasingly popular alternative to buying an older property, with the unsuspected problems that sometimes arise, is the building of a new home to your own design.

Vendée-RendezVous Services in association with LMP Constructeur are able to provide a full service to prospective clients.

LMP Constructeur is a well established firm of house builders specializing in individual quality homes throughout the Vendée and Deux-Sèvres. Clients have a large range of models from which to choose. A made-to-measure design service is also available. LMP is also able to provide help in finding a suitable building plot.

LMP Constructeur, established in the area for over 30 years, and building some 120 houses each year provides a "one-stop shop" for both French and British clients.

LMP can incorporate the specific needs of a British clientèle, larger bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms etc, as well as providing for the needs of the disabled.

Vendée-RendezVous Services can not only provide assistance during the initial stages, in association with LMP, but can provide a follow-up "Project management" service during the construction period.
