HouseCarer Service

What we offer:

• The assurance that your property will be as well looked after as if you were doing it yourself.
• We're never farther away than an hours drive.
• We're here 7/7 24/24 in an emergency.

We guarantee:

• A fully insured key-holding service.
• A minimum of 18 visits annually
  (Winter/monthly : Summer/fortnightly)
  (Weather conditions may modify this split)

On each visit we will verify the integrity of your property, inside and out.
Exterior:

• Check doors, windows, shutters.
• Outhouses, barns etc.
• Empty mail boxes.
• Check gutters and down pipes.
• Read Water and Electricity meters if accessible.

Interior:

• Check for leaks, or anything untoward.
• Activate Septic tank.

We will undertake the following as necessary:

Garden maintenance: Mowing, leaf collecting, light pruning etc. Patio cleaning. Putting away or bringing out garden furniture.

Closing house for winter: Cutting outside water taps, outside toilets etc.

We undertake to notify you of any work needing outside intervention. We will obtain quotes from local, reputable tradesmen. We will supervise the job.

Given 72 hour notice of your arrival, we'll make sure that the heating/hot water is switched on.

Mini-HouseCarer Service

For those clients who do not require any garden work, our Mini-Housecarer service provides for all the basic services, but limited to 12 monthly visits.

Pool Cleaning Service

We undertake routine pool cleaning and maintenance during the summer season.

HouseKeeper Service

In the event that you really just want to put your feet up when you arrive, then our "HouseKeeper Service" is designed just for you:

For a small additional fee, we will insure that when you arrive, the house will be cleaned and aired, the beds made, towels set out, hot water and fridge on. We'll even do a quick shop if required. When you leave, the house will be cleaned, fridge emptied, laundry done, and the house closed up.

Normal weekly operations consist of cleaning skimmers, pool liner, filters, measuring water quality are included.
