Whether your project concerns either renovation or an extension to your property here in France, or you have decided to have your new home built to your own design, we can help you.
We have built up a network of local tradesmen, trade associations and house builders who are at your service.
Whatever your project, Vendée-RendezVous Services will:
- Find suppliers and architects
- Obtain estimates and plans
- Provide Client/Supplier liaison
- Translations
- Site Visits
- Progress Reports (with photos if required)
We charge a small percentage based on invoiced work. The rate being fixed for each project, dependant on various factors (Distance, complexity AND value).
