What do we do?
How much does it cost?
Vendée-RendezVous Services provide a full range of services to holiday home owners in the Vendée (85) Deux-Sèvres (79) and Charente-Maritime (17) departments.
Apart from the various services described below, you can count on us to help you sort out any problems or difficulties with utility companies, tax people, tradesmen, banks or insurance companies.
HouseCarers
Two types of yearly contracts are available. Our mini-HouseCarer provides for 12 monthly visits where we will verify the integrity of your property and deal with any emergencies or problems that may occur. Our standard HouseCarer agreement provides for extra fortnightly visits during the summer months to deal with routine gardening, grass-cutting etc. A minimum of 18 visits annually. Given sufficient notice, we will also arrange for the house to be prepared (heating/water/fridges) for your winter visits. We also check mailboxes, forward mail as required.
HouseKeepers
Our HouseKeeper Service we will ensure that your property, before your visit, will be cleaned and aired, beds made, hot water and fridge on. We will do a quick shop if required. When you leave the house will be cleaned, fridge emptied and laundry done, if required.
PoolCarers
Our company will undertake routine pool-cleaning and maintenance during the season. This generally implies weekly visits from May to September, and would include cleaning/back washing and rinsing filters, cleaning skimmers, pool liner and testing water quality.
Project Management
Our company has built up a network of reliable competent tradesmen capable of undertaking most renovation work. We also work in association with house-builders and pool installers. We can help in finding suitable building plots, suppliers, architects, and obtaining estimates and plans. We will liaise with the various firms involved on behalf of the client, provide translations, visit work in progress and provide both written and photographic reports.

Conditions
HouseKeeper Service
Limited to 4 complete operations per annum or 12 hours on-site, whichever comes first.
PoolCarer Service
Limited to a maximum of 22 visits during the season from May to September. Extra visits will be charged for at our standard hourly rate. Materials/chemicals will be charged extra.
Winterizing/opening up are not included, but can be provided at extra cost.
Project Management
Commission on Renovations/New build: 3% to 6%, minimum: € 300
(Based on tax-exclusive value of invoiced work)
All prices above, except Project Management, are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 19.6%.
